Kris Bachman – Adventure Seeker & Marathoner
Kris is a passionate running coach, marathon competitor, and founder of the One Mile Leadership Project — a nonprofit connecting athletes and veterans through purpose-driven endurance events. She’s completed over a dozen marathons, has qualified for Boston 11 times, and is dedicated to helping others build mental resilience through running. Her journey includes overcoming a rare stress fracture, finding healing through strength training and swimming, and leading a team that biked over 3,000 miles across America in support of veteran mental health.

Cait Clark – Fitness Competitor & Teacher
Cait is a high school band director and wellness competitor who transformed her life after struggling with anxiety, depression, and health risks following the birth of her two daughters. Weighing over 220 pounds and battling high cholesterol, she took control through early morning workouts, consistent nutrition, and progressive strength training. Her story now inspires others — especially moms — to reclaim their health and confidence. She recently stepped on stage for her first bodybuilding competition and speaks passionately about strength as a tool for physical and emotional empowerment.

Sam Koop – Pre/Postnatal Trainer & Fitness Competitor
Sam is a certified personal trainer and specialist in women’s health, particularly for pre/postnatal clients and mothers. She’s also a mother of three and an FMG Pro athlete who has competed internationally. Her insight into how training changes across pregnancy and motherhood — and how mindset, recovery, and realistic routines matter — is both compassionate and no-nonsense. She openly shares her journey through postpartum depression, competition prep, bulking and cutting phases, and the emotional ups and downs of being a working mom in the fitness world.
Joel D’Aigle – Veteran Trainer & Online Coach
With over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry, Joel specializes in macro-based coaching and sustainable, long-term weight loss. He trains clients from all walks of life with a simple but powerful philosophy: find a plan you can follow forever. He brings insight into how mindset, consistency, and gradual change create lasting results. Joel is also passionate about helping clients break the cycle of short-term dieting, improve habits, and build a relationship with food that supports real change.
Kevin Stark – Retired Navy SEAL, Leadership & Mindset Coach
Kevin is a retired Navy SEAL with 22 years of service and a deep understanding of what it takes to develop both physical and mental toughness. Since retiring, he’s worked as a coach and speaker, focusing on leadership development, values-based decision making, and helping people reconnect with purpose. His unique experiences — from teaching at the Naval Academy to running mountain retreats — offer powerful lessons on growth, resilience, and self-mastery.
