Failure is not a bad thing!

Failure isn’t a flaw. It’s part of the design.

Marianne talks about seeing yourself as a student — not a victim. That mindset shift isn’t just motivational… it’s neurological.

Research from Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck shows that people with a growth mindset are more resilient, more adaptable, and perform better long-term than those who see failure as identity-based (Dweck, 2006).

A 2018 study in Psychological Science found that reframing stress and failure as growth opportunities improves performance and reduces physiological stress responses.

And according to the American Psychological Association, resilience isn’t something you’re born with — it’s built through exposure to manageable challenges.

You don’t grow by getting everything right.

You grow by learning.

Failure isn’t the opposite of progress.

It’s part of it.
