I'm not chasing motivation. I'm building systems.

If I want to get in the best shape of my life and do a muscle-up, it won't happen because I "feel like it." It'I| happen because I build habits I can stick to.

This morning? Walking to the gym in snow flurries. Not dramatic. Not sexy. Just consistent.

Without systems in place, goals fall apart. I know that. So this phase is about installing habits that don't depend on perfect conditions.
